Delhi High Court Quashes CIC Order, Keeps PM Modi's Degree Details Private!

DU challenged the CIC's order in the high court in January 2017. The court stayed the order and issued a notice to Sharma. Representing DU, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta argued that the CIC's order would have far-reaching negative consequences and would require universities across the country to release confidential data of millions of students.
