Bengaluru: Following the major disruptions in IndiGo Airlines flight services recently, which caused inconvenience to passengers across the country, the Indian Railways has taken a significant decision for the benefit of travelers. The Railway Department has decided to attach Additional Coaches to trains for passengers struggling due to flight cancellations or delays.To manage the passenger rush and facilitate their travel, Additional AC Coaches have been temporarily added to major trains.

Details of Trains with Added AC Coaches:

These extra AC coaches have been attached to key Superfast Express trains operating for inter-state travel:

1. Humsafar Express

2. Thiruvananthapuram Central Express

3. Dr. MGR Chennai Express

4. Mangaluru Super Fast Express

5. Mumbai CST Super Fast Express

6. Chennai Beach Super Fast Express

The Railway Department has taken this measure temporarily to mitigate the inconvenience caused to passengers due to the disruption in flight services. The service of these additional AC coaches will be available to passengers until the situation at the airlines improves.
